The Terrace Restaurant is Dunedin's only restaurant to provide ‘Stone Grill' dining. ‘Stone-grill' is a unique interactive dining experience allowing you to enjoy you meal freshly grilled to your own personal taste, whether rare, medium or well done.
Using only quality cuts of meat your meal is presented to you raw on a sizzling hot stone accompanied with your choice of sides and sauce, sealing in the natural juices and nutrients enhancing the flavour and tenderness of your meal. Once cooked, your meal will remain hot till the last bite. ‘Stone Grill' is recognized as one of the healthiest methods of cooking, as all produce has been trimmed of fats and no added oils are used. Available all day. All stones come with a dipping sauce of your choice.
